Lee Gilbert is a member of Holy Rosary Parish in Portland, Oregon and often serves the Dominican rite low Mass there. He has a Master's in biblical theology from John Paul the Great Catholic University (2015) and recently has begun publishing books on Trappist spirituality, notably the two volumes of Back to Asceticism: The Trappist Option. Soon to follow will be a heavily illustrated re-issue of Ailbe Luddy's The Real de Rancé.
